Dr. Monica Burns is a distinguished Curriculum and EdTech Consultant, Apple Distinguished Educator, and the founder of ClassTechTips.com, a platform dedicated to simplifying educational technology for teachers and educators. In her early career as a classroom teacher in New York City, Dr. Burns was instrumental in integrating digital tools to create engaging, differentiated learning experiences tailored to her students' unique needs. She was an advocate for bringing one-to-one technology into her classroom, utilizing iPads to enhance learning.
Recognizing the transformative potential of technology in education, Dr. Burns established ClassTechTips.com in 2012. The platform offers resources such as a blog, podcast, books, and a membership site, all designed to help educators stay informed about the latest in EdTech and effectively integrate technology into their teaching practices.
Beyond her online presence, Dr. Burns has delivered workshops, webinars, and keynote presentations at numerous national and international conferences, including SXSWedu, ISTE, FETC, and EduTECH.
