Do you feel like your workplace environment isn't what it used to be? Burnout, tension, drama and lack of passion in the workplace are often a result of a lack of two simple factors: Love and Respect. Employees need to feel like their managers care about them and managers need to know that their employees respect them. If an employee shows disrespect it can cause a manager to act in an uncaring way, or the other way around, leading to a cycle of craziness and discontent. Designed for teachers, administrators, managers and employees, this session will discuss these concepts and encourage audience participation on how to keep these two principles in balance.
